CNS was founded in 1987 in Norrköping as a small one-man company. Over the years we have grown and since 2014 we are part of DCC PLC in Ireland, with the advantage of being a small company in a large group.
Our focus has always been to support unmanned fuel sites and car washes with efficient, innovative, and secure payment solutions. We currently have one of the card systems on the market that is independent of terminal manufacturer, both nationally and internationally.

Niklas started working at CNS as a network technician in 1999, and is today employed as CEO. According to Niklas, the best thing about the job is to find solutions to our customers' problems or wishes. But also all the projects and people you met in connection with it. The very best thing is the willingness of colleagues to help each other in a prestigious way and find solutions to the problems we encounter in our work. Niklas is impatient, wants to get things done right away, and his superpower is problem solving.
Linda is our COO and joined our team in 2019. She likes her job the most when we as a team succeed in a special task or project. It's also important that we have fun together no matter what we're working on. Linda's superpower is her energy and her motto is "Calm down, I'll solve it!"
Mikael is the one who has been at CNS the longest and started in 1997. He works as a product owner and wants to be involved in simplifying the customer's everyday life with smart solutions. The best thing about working at CNS is that all colleagues are passionate about helping each other to find the best solutions.
Martin has been with us for a long time and started back in 1998. Today he works as a technical account manager and he enjoys being involved in driving our products and services forward together with our customers and system developers. Having great personal responsibility and the opportunity to influence at both high and low levels is something he appreciates about his job. His superpower is that he is responsible and loyal. A quote that describes Martin well is "All things have their place".
Mårten joined us in 2011 and is starting to get warm in his clothes as a System Developer. He thinks it's fun to work with our system Allkort and to predict sales. The best thing about working at CNS is the colleagues and seeing that new solutions work after working on them for a long time. Mårten's superpower is "To stare at code until it is ashamed and does what it should". One quote describing him as a person is "Cake? Cake!"
Robin joined CNS as a System Developer in 2013. He thinks that the variety of different tasks is fun and more interesting than sitting solely with a specific unique task. Finding solutions to new unique problems is among the most fun things he knows. Robin's superpower is that he's good at looking at problems from different perspectives and angles.
Kaj joined us in 2021 and works with us as a system developer. He has worked on several projects, but so far the project "My pages" has been the most fun. What Kaj likes best about working at CNS is that he is exposed to new challenges, exciting tasks and teamwork. He's a real problem solver!
Daniel works with us as a System Developer. He started in 2014 and has been involved in developing Cardivation into the product it is today, which he thinks has been both fun and rewarding. The best thing with his job is freedom under responsibility and of course all the nice colleagues. Daniel's superpower "If high caffeine tolerance is a superpower, I most likely have it, unfortunately."
Sven joined us as a System Developer in the spring of 2020. He likes to expose old systems so they can continue to do good for decades to come. The best thing about working at CNS is the possibility to get better and better. Sven's superpower is that he is incurably inquisitive. A quote describing him is "What if we understand the problem instead of just solving it".
Alexander joined CNS in 2014 and is employed as a System Developer. He thinks the best thing about working at CNS is that no two days are the same, always something new and exciting to deal with. If he gets to choose what's most fun, it's detective work and problem solving. His superpower is that he is tenacious.
Head of IT
Tommy joined CNS in 2018 and is employed as an IT manager. The most fun project he's worked on so far is to migrate our entire IT environment to Azure. The best thing about working at CNS according to Tommy is that there are always new things to learn. His superpower is that he is solution-oriented, and he works according to the quote: Everything can be solved, it's just a matter of figuring out how.
Head of Finance
Monica joined CNS in 2005 and is employed as an accounting officer. The best thing about working at CNS is the mix of tasks, and the financial statements of course! Although she likes to plan, she is a time optimist. She often says "I'm just going to..."
Jolin was hired in 2020 as a finance assistant. She thinks it's extra fun to go to work when it's time for invoicing and financial statements. With her job at CNS, she appreciates her helpful colleagues most of all, and that you always get the support and help you need to develop. - Her superpower is that she is a mother of twins, if you can do that you can do it all!
